Hair by Bianca. She does not enjoy her hair being done at all, but for Bianca, her 10 year old cousin, she will stay still and let her play away!

The kids went fishing with Pa today and loved every minute of it! Jordy caught a pinky that got put back in and a flathead.

More after swimming quiet time. He got Skylanders for Christmas and has been loving it. He has been saving his money for more figures which aren't easy to get right now, some are going for crazy amounts of money. He did manage to get a few when shopping with his cousin who also loves them though.

She is still too sick to go swimming while the boy has his lessons but she hasn't been very happy about being left behind, "What bout me?", "I go swimming, I NOT sick"! So I promised her painting today to distract her.

He has been doing an intensive swimming program this week and he has been so BRAVE, which probably sounds over the top if you don't know what happened to him. We are so very lucky to have him, we very nearly didn't.

Tired out from swimming and helping paint a car, which is what the black spots on him is from. His dad told him to come and ask me if the shorts he had on were ok to paint in, they certainly were NOT! But Dad believed him when he told him not to worry, these are really old!

o can see the anxiety creeping in her face in the first shot, we were somewhere she didn't want to be for reasons known only to her! That was followed by screams and wails of "Get me out of here", then some deep breaths, a hello to a horse outside, a spot of drawing and finally, peace at last!

I don't know who taught her to do that! In their lovely hat things they got from visiting Santa! I really didn't think she would have a bar of Sitting with Santa but she said that she wanted to and amazingly, did!

Mic-key button change day at the new Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne. This was or first day in the new hospital that opened last month and what an amazing place the have made! There is a Meerkat enclosure right in the waiting area for the specialist clinics, a huge aquarium and beautiful artwork throughout, very kid appealing.

He DETESTS the button being changed, it doesn't actually hurt him but he hates the sensation of it being out and the gel used putting a new one in, it's fast and over quickly though.
